Prior Public Experience: Founding member of the Nassau Greens, founding co member of the New York State Greens and a member of the Green Party State Committee in Brooklyn, New York

1. What is the most important issue in Council District 43 you would address if elected?

We need a New York City green new deal, to build a green economy for full employment of all our citizens

 

2. What other important issues would you address if elected?

In light of Hurricane Sandy, we need to address global climate change locally. Without a healthy planet all other issues are mute!

 

3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?

I am an independent candidate free from financial obligations to corporate special interest and have a long history of support for social and economic justice interests
